Are you or your child struggling in school?
Did you struggle in school and are now planning on attending College/University?

Depending on your particular situation, it may be best to undergo a full neuropsychological            assessment. In your consultation with Elicia, she may direct you to seek a more comprehensive assessment. This                  assessment will help determine how your memory is functioning in terms of short and long term memory as well as              storage and retrieval of information.  You will be provided with recommendations for interventions and strategies for          managing your impairment.
Capacity Assessment
Are you concerned about a loved one's ability to make personal, financial or legal decisions?
Do you need assistance completing paperwork for attaining a Guardian or Trustee?
If you answered yes to the above two questions, you may need a Capacity Assessment. This is an assessment to                  determine an individual's ability to understand the information needed to make decisions in personal, financial, medical        or legal matters. It also determines an individual's ability to retain information relevant to making these decisions as            well as the consequences of whatever chocie they may make.  This assessment is then used when applying for a                    Guardian or Trustee to support the individual in making such decisions in the future.
