At the start of your journey learn to understand yourself better and then progress through treatment to finally be free of the past or unhelpful patterns of interacting with others and the world. Assessments
Often we do not know where to start, or we need a document to access additional services to help us reach our goals. Assessments provide valuable insight and guidance on therapy and educational goals. Elicia ensures that assessments are undertaken with the best standards and address questions or concerns in a practical and sensitive manner. We will complete a comprehensive clinical interview, formal testing, and questionnaires to understand the full picture of what makes you who you are. The following assessments are available;

Sometimes a change of scenery can make all the difference. Welcome to the stunning natural environment of Lakeshire. Research is increasingly validating the benefits of personal and group development in natural environments. Examples include improved attention and cognition, memory, reduced stress/anxiety, and lowered blood pressure/heart rate. These benefits translate into more efficient learning and growth within a natural environment. For teams this can open up new insights and strengthen relationships. Elicia is open to developing a specialized program for your team retreat, and will be launching population specific programs soon!
