Therapy

Sometimes asking for help is the hardest part. From the start of your journey, you’ll learn to understand yourself better. As you progress through treatment, you’ll work to finally be free of the past and unhelpful behavior patterns.

• The option to meet in person or by video via Telehealth
• Quality therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Direct billing to Alberta Blue Cross, Greenshield, RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, and Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
• Payments are accepted via etransfer. No need to worry about passwords due to autodeposit.

When we don’t know where to start or we need a document to access additional services to help us reach our goals, assessments provide valuable insight and guidance on therapy and educational goals.

Public Education

Everyone should have access to the range of knowledge and skills in the Psychology profession. Presentations with Elicia are high energy and hands-on. She has a number of premade presentations on understanding trauma, breaking down stigma, depression, anxiety, caregiver burnout, vicarious traumatization and stress management, but would be overjoyed to develop and tailor new content to a given audience.
